Matt Terrell - VP, COO

Charles Matt Terrell is a high school graduate of the class of 1974 and has served in the U.S. military as a member of the Air Force.

Matt began his career in this industry in 1980 and has held positions as an estimator, senior estimator, project manager, senior project manager, and currently, VP and COO.

He is a past VP of PDCA, on the training staff of the PDCA, and is an IAHSS certified member.

Matt has been married to Harriet since 1979 and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
